On the eve of the country's main national holiday, the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted an interactive lesson tour in the format of the historical quest "Tauelsizdik shezhiresi" ("Chronicle of Independence").

The participants of the patriotic event were students of the capital's lyceum school No. 76 named after Alikhan Bokeikhan. The main goal of the project is to explain to the younger generation the historical role of the Declaration on State Sovereignty of October 25, 1990, which laid the foundation for Kazakhstan's independence.

Organized at the intersection of interactive methods and a scientific research approach, the quest allowed students to rediscover key milestones in the formation of statehood. Having divided into three creative groups: "Shanyrak", "Bayterek" and "Atameken", the eighth graders set off on an intellectual journey through the museum's exhibition halls. To collect the elements of the code "golden key", the students had to go through five themed stations.:

- "Yezhelgi Babalar iz'men": at this stage, the children solved historical ciphers and puzzles dedicated to the era of the Kazakh Khanate, and also identified the authors of famous sayings about the ancient codes of laws of the steppe khans;

- "Alashtanu men Eldik": the station was of particular importance for lyceum students, as their educational institution is proudly named after the leader of the Alash movement, Alikhan Bokeikhan. The students compared portraits of prominent figures of the Alash party (A. Bukeikhanov, A. Baitursynuly, M. Dulatuly) with their famous expressions and analyzed the development of language policy in the Soviet period.;

- "Declaration – Tauelsizdik bastauy": the central stage of the game, where, with the help of an interactive "time tape", schoolchildren restored the exact chronology of the country's modern history: from the adoption of the Declaration on October 25, 1990 to the approval of state symbols and the introduction of the national currency tenge;

- "Tauelsizdik Kyrandary": on this creative platform, the teams composed festive quatrains dedicated to the Republic Day in three minutes and designed colorful posters with wishes for their native country;

- Egemen Yeldin Bolashagi: at the final station, the lyceum students simulated the real process of the presidential election. The teenagers tried on the roles of candidates with their election programs, voters and members of the Central Election Commission, completing the stage with an impromptu inauguration.

The festive event ended with an active discussion of civic responsibility and the importance of preserving historical memory. In the final, all the teams of students of lyceum school No. 76 were awarded diplomas in the nominations "Tarikh bilgiri" (History Expert), "Tapkyr top" (Resourceful team) and "Uzdik zertteushi" (Best Researcher).
