On the eve of these holidays, one cannot help but recall the tremendous price our valiant ancestors paid during the years of the Great Patriotic War, and to feel especially deeply the fragility of peace and the importance of preserving it in our turbulent times.
It is our duty to carefully preserve this memory, to pass it on, and to be its worthy successors. The peace that was won at the cost of incredible efforts and sacrifices requires from us respect, responsibility, and unity.
In these circumstances, it is especially important that society, paradoxical as it may sound, treats people in uniform and our Armed Forces as a whole with care, while the state consistently creates all the necessary conditions for their comprehensive development. Only in this case will our soldiers be able to fully ensure our security and serve as a reliable shield of our independence.
I wish you and your loved ones strong health, well-being, stability, and a peaceful sky above your heads!
Respectfully,
Director
