During the past three weeks, researchers from the Presidential Center of the DPA RK conducted a series of seminars and training sessions for high school students from comprehensive schools in the Ulytau and Zhetysu regions, as well as the Atyrau, Zhambyl, Kostanay, and North Kazakhstan regions. Implemented within the framework of the 2026 educational program "Kazakhstan in a New Reality: Youth in an Era of Change," this project represents a significant step in shaping the value orientations of the emerging generation.
The two-day meetings followed a structured progression from theoretical exploration of government reforms to the practical application of civic initiatives. The initial section, focused on the "Fair Kazakhstan" policy, engaged participants in analyzing institutional transformations and the foundations of a new public ethic. This approach enabled students to develop a deeper understanding of the ethical dimensions of citizenship, recognizing reforms as the basis for social justice rather than merely legal acts.
Through interactive training sessions and team-based activities, students acquired competencies essential for digital transformation, including adaptability, media literacy, and resilience in the face of global challenges. Project work provided a platform for identifying leadership potential, allowing each participant to recognize their responsibility for the country's future through personal contribution.
Anna Khozyainova from Kostanay shared her impressions of the training: "I would like to thank the Presidential Center for the engaging and motivating seminar. Over these two days, I learned about the importance of my contribution to the life of our country and that I can truly create something that brings rare benefits, using my strengths, knowledge, ideas, and abilities. I believe our country is developing along the right path. And I am very glad that I have the power to contribute to this in some way. I love the very idea of how our Kazakhstan can trust and offer us, its youth, such prospects."
