The panel discussion "Human Capital is the Foundation of National Development" will take place on March 19, 2026, at 3:00 pm at the Presidential Center of the DPA RK.
Invited speakers include N.S. Shatalov, Member of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan; E.A. Syzdykova, bronze medalist in women's wrestling at the 2016 Rio Olympics, two-time Asian Champion (2021, 2023), Asian Games medalist, and member of the Athletes' Commission of the National Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan; and A.E. Kazi, owner of the Espresso Day coffee shop chain.
The panel will address the role of youth in national development and aims to inspire young people to pursue active citizenship, professional growth and personal development.
The program will examine human capital as a strategic resource and its importance for the country's sustainable progress.
