Presidential Center of Kazakhstan to Host Expert Dialogue on President Tokayev’s Address “Kazakhstan in the AI Era: Key Challenges and Solutions through Digital Transformation,” Delivered on September 8, 2025

An expert discussion of President K.K. Tokayev's Address to the people of Kazakhstan, delivered on September 8, 2025, will take place on September 9, 2025, at 15:00 at the Presidential Center of the DPA RK.

The Presidential Address to the nation is a pivotal political event in any country, as it outlines the strategic priorities for national development. The central focus of the Address is a review of the country’s progress and the identification of priorities for the medium- and, to some extent, long-term future.

The purpose of the upcoming expert discussion is to analyze the key provisions of President Tokayev’s 2025 Address in the context of current political, social, and economic challenges. The organization of this event is driven by conceptual shifts in socio-political and sociocultural paradigms.

Participants will include members of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of political parties, the academic community, development institutions, civil society organizations, media, leading national experts, and staff of the Presidential Center of the DPA RK.
