International Exhibition “Triptych on Humanity, Monuments, and Nature” to Open at the Presidential Center

On October 30, 2024, at 3:00 PM, the Presidential Center of the Department of Presidential Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan will host the opening of the International Exhibition “Triptych on Humanity, Monuments, and Nature.” This exhibition features collections from the Bihar Museum in Patna (Bihar, India) and is part of the international project “Dialogue through Culture” of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organized in collaboration with the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center of the Embassy of India.

The Bihar Museum, an esteemed institution of art and archaeology, is located in the ancient city of Patna in the state of Bihar, India. Its exhibits introduce visitors to the region`s art, culture, and traditions while showcasing Bihar`s significant contributions to India`s history and civilization. The Museum holds over 40,000 artifacts and actively collaborates with the academic community by establishing resource centers, training programs, and internships. A vital focus of the Bihar Museum is fostering partnerships and collaboration to promote the cultural and artistic heritage of India.

The exhibition at the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan presents a collection of artworks where artists highlight the diversity of forms and the interconnectedness of humanity with nature. Through expressive portraits, compositions, sculptures, and documentary photographs, the exhibition explores monumental creations, spanning from ancient wonders to modern architectural structures that stand as witnesses to human history.

Throughout the exhibition, thematic threads intertwine, creating a continuous narrative that links humanity, monuments, and nature. The exhibition aims to foster a sense of responsibility for the history we create, the monuments we build, and the environment we shape. This mission encourages dialogue with art pieces that reflect their histories and invites visitors to consider the impact of our individual and collective roles in the ongoing history of humanity, monuments, and nature.

Approximately 50 works of art, in various forms and genres, will be presented at the exhibition.

As part of the event, a Memorandum of cooperation and collaboration will be signed between the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Bihar Museum (India, Patna).
