On September 26, 2024 at 15:00 the grand opening of the solo exhibition by the member of the Artists’ Union and the Artisans’ Union of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Usembekov “Images of the Centuries” will take place in the Presidential Center of the Department of Presidential Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Bakytzhan Abilmazhituly Usembekov was born in 1993 in the Atbasar district of the Akmola region. The author is a participant in numerous national and foreign exhibition projects.
Bakytzhan Usembekov is a master of modern jewelry art, reviving ancient methods. The author’s works are dedicated to the traditions and customs of the Kazakh people. The artist-jeweler masterfully creates ancient household items from wood, bones and other natural materials.
The artist’s paintings are distinguished by their versatility, bright colour palette and variety of themes. In his works, the author tells about the harmony and inseparable connection between man and the surrounding world.
The jewellery compositions, made from copper, brass and silver, are based on the method of making items by the ancient Sakas, known as the Saka animal style.
About 30 pieces of jewelry and 10 paintings will be presented to the guests of the exhibition.
