On September 24, pupils at Gymnasium No. 90 named after Kaim Mukhamedkhanov in Astana attended a visiting lecture given by staff members of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan titled "State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

During the lesson, the students made a brief digression into the history of the state attributes of Kazakhstan. Particular attention was paid to the deep meaning inherent in the elements and images of the coat of arms and flag, and the words of the anthem, which artistically reflect the history of the people and the country. Archival photo and video materials, as well as museum artefacts from the collections of the Presidential Center provided visual aids. The students watched a video about the production of state symbols with genuine interest.

At the end of the lecture, the children completed tasks in groups, shared their observations and thoughts, and exchanged opinions.
