For two days, students of the capital's College of Management, Business and Education, College of Service and Tourism visited the Presidential Center of the President’s affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan as listeners of the training seminar "Adiletti kogam – Adal Azamat".

The training seminar is aimed at popularizing the history of the Kazakh statehood and the development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of educating young people in the spirit of patriotism and civic consciousness, strengthening the creative values of the younger generation. The lectures were developed on the basis of strategic documents and Messages of the Head of State K.K.Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan. The participants are explained the stages of the formation of the independent statehood of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the peculiarities of the development of the economy and social sphere, the modernization agenda and conceptual problems of transformations, the core issues of achieving a new quality of life in the country, the value foundations of man and society. Practicalexercises and trainings contribute to improving thepersonal and team effectiveness of participants.

In addition, offline participants visit the museum of the Presidential Center and the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and motivational meetings "Fair Kazakhstan – a country of equal opportunities and progress" are organized for them, which contribute to the popularization and promotion among young people of authentic stories of people who have achieved success through hard work, knowledge and talent.

The speaker of the last meeting was a young lawyer, author and presenter of the TALKYLAW project, participant of the "School of Analytics" at the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, winner of the republican debate tournaments Otesin Aida Aybarkyzy.

Aida told the students about her path to law: she started participating in debates at school, won tournaments, and was the best speaker in the Kazakh league. While still at university, she began internships in various places, worked in court, at a notary, in a private company, in civil cases and decided to try herself in criminal law. She considers working with the famous Kazakhstan’s lawyer Dzhokhar Utebekov to be one of the most important milestones of her formation. Thanks to this experience, she successfully passed thecertification and received a license, becoming one ofthe youngest lawyers in Kazakhstan.

The students were not only inspired by the story of the heroine of the meeting, but also were able to talk with the speaker about the problems of modern youth: choosing a life path and mission, burnout, the trend towards changing professions, priorities, ask questions and get reasoned answers.

Upon completion of the training, all students received certificates, and the most active ones received letters of thanks.
