On April 10, 2024, at 15.00 will be held the opening of the thematic exhibition "A Look Through the Lens" from the collection of cameras of the museum collection of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event is scheduled for April 12, Kazakhstan's Day of Science Workers.
The exhibition aims to present the history of the photographic industry, the key phases in the development of photographic equipment, the photographic business, and contemporary photographic art through the use of documentary and material objects.
In the context of inter-museum cooperation, the exhibition will feature 53 unique exhibits from the collections of the North-Kazakhstan Regional Museum Association and the Presidential Center. Photographic albums, camera components, and cameras manufactured between the 1930s and the 1990s demonstrate the advancements in science and technology.
