I congratulate you on Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
Quite recently we celebrated Republic Day - the most important date of the historical calendar of the country, associated with the adoption of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the Kazakh SSR on October 25, 1990. The significance of this document can hardly be overestimated. Based on the will of the people, it laid the foundation for the subsequent adoption of the law "On State Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on December 16, 1991, after which Kazakhstan finally and irrevocably secured the status of a sovereign state.
May our independence be unshakeable and our society united in ensuring this high and noble mission!
