The Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted the final of the intellectual game "What? Where? When?" and the awarding ceremony of its winners.
The event was opened by the Deputy Director of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serik Sydykov. He wished the finalists good luck and congratulated all those present on the upcoming Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
An intellectual tournament among the capital's schoolchildren has been held since the beginning of the year, and 21 teams took part in it. In the finals competed teams of schools that passed the qualifying rounds and won in the semifinals.
In the decisive stage, the guys demonstrated their artistic abilities and oratorical skills, having presented the theatricalized skits telling about heroic and tragic events from the history of Kazakhstan.
According to the results of the finals, the team of school-gymnasium No. 68 was marked by the nomination "For aspiration to victory", the team of school-lyceum No. 54 - by the nomination "For creative search". The places were distributed as follows: school-gymnasium No. 65 took the 3rd place, school-lyceum No. 88 won the 2nd place, and school-lyceum No. 60 was recognized as the winner of the season of games 2023.
The winners and prize-winners were awarded diplomas and memorable gifts, and their teachers were awarded letters of thanks.
