The Presidential Center of the PAA of the RK organized a lecture on "Environmental problems of our time: state and solutions" for students of the ALT Astana Transport College named after M. Tynyshpayev. During the educational event, the students analyzed in detail the global challenges of our time, analyzed the scale of anthropogenic impact on the environment and discussed the importance of everyone's personal contribution to the preservation of natural heritage.
The lecturer paid special attention to the strategic aspects of the development of our country, explaining in detail the key principles and successive stages of the implementation of the "green economy" model in Kazakhstan. The participants of the meeting got acquainted with the innovations in the domestic environmental legislation, which are designed to tighten control over environmental management and stimulate environmentally friendly technologies. In this context, there was a broad discussion of the republican campaign "Taza Kazakhstan", the main goal of which is not just a mechanical improvement of the environmental situation, but the systematic formation of a high level of responsibility and a new household culture among citizens.
At the end of the lecture, the participants agreed that the deep rooting in the minds of the younger generation of the creative idea of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, K.K.Tokayev, that "Taza Kazakhstan" is not a temporary PR campaign and not a beautiful slogan, but the result of the daily painstaking work of the whole society, is a key condition for the formation of a truly civilized, environmentally literate and progressive state.
