Temirbolat Bakytzhan Berikbaiuly, born on December 10, 1972, currently serves as the Director of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He holds a degree in Political Science from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
He began his professional career in 1998 at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Between 2000 and 2019, he held several positions within the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including sector head in the Domestic Policy Department, chief inspector of the Information and Analysis Center, chief inspector of the Secretariat of the Security Council, deputy head of the Presidential Chancellery, and head of the General Department.
From 2019 to 2021, he served as Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2021 to 2023, he was Director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2023, he has served as Director of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He holds the academic title of Candidate of Political Sciences.
He is a recipient of the Orders of ‘Qurmet’ and ‘Parasat’.
Marian Abisheva, born on January 23, 1971, is Deputy Director of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University and holds a Candidate of Political Sciences degree (PhD equivalent).
She began her professional career in 1995 as a lecturer at higher education institutions in Almaty. From 1997 to 2005, she worked at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where she advanced from a First Category Specialist in the International Relations Office to Head of the Department of International Scientific and Cultural Relations.
From 2005 to 2010, she served as Deputy Director for Research at the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2010 to 2011, she was Head of Sector of the Analytical Department of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2011 to 2014, she worked as Chief Manager in the Information and Analytical Department of JSC “Samruk-Kazyna”.
From 2014 to 2018, she headed the Geopolitics and Regional Studies Service, as well as the International Scientific Projects Service at the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2018 to 2022, she served as Director of the Institute of Diplomacy at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2022 to 2024, she was a Professor at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2024 to 2025, she worked as a Leading Research Fellow at the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2025, she has been serving as Deputy Director of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She is an Honorary Staff Member of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a member of the Expert Council of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She holds the academic title of Candidate of Political Sciences.
She has been awarded the medal “Eren Enbegi Ushin” (“For Distinguished Labor”).
Zhukenov Dulat Amantaevich, born on June 9, 1975, currently serves as Deputy Director of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He graduated from E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University with degrees in Applied Mathematics and Economics.
He began his career in 1997 at the Shakhty City Employment Center in the Karaganda Region. Subsequently, he held positions ranging from consultant to department head in the Akmola Region Akim's Office, the Presidential Administration, the Prime Minister's Office, the Security Council, and the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2008 to 2014, he served as Sector Head of the Department of Presidential Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vice President of the Engineering and Technical Center of the Department of Presidential Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2014–2019, he held positions in the business sector (Technical Director at LeaderCom LLP, Head of Department at KazAgroFinance JSC).
In 2020, he served as Deputy Director and Department Director of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2021 to 2023, he served as Deputy Director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2023 to the present, he has served as Deputy Director of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He holds a a Master’s degree in Management (Lomonosov Moscow State University).
Kaipova Botagoz Muttahidenovna, born on December 27, 1971, currently serves as Deputy Director of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She holds a degree in History and Social Pedagogy from S. Seifullin Akmola Pedagogical University.
She began her career in 1989 as a history teacher at the Enbek Junior High School in the Yereymentau District.
Between 1995 and 2004, she held positions as lecturer, deputy dean, and senior lecturer at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
From 2002 to 2004, she served as a research fellow and as head of the Political Technologies Department at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2004 to 2008, she held the positions of expert, chief inspector, and sector head of the Domestic Policy Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2008 to 2021, she served as Deputy Director of the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From January to May 2017, she was Head of the Organizational Service at the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Between 2021 and 2023, she served as Deputy Director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2023, she has served as Deputy Director of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She holds the title of Candidate of Historical Sciences.
She has been awarded the ‘Eren Eńbegi Uşın’ Medal and the ‘Qurmet’ Order.
