On February 11, the first two-day seminar-training of the Presidential Center for 2026, based on the updated program "Kazakhstan in a New Reality: Youth in an Era of Change," kicked off at the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Students from two major regional universities, S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan University and Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, participated in the webinar.

The training program addressed the current needs of modern society and provided an in-depth examination of the ideological and practical foundations of state development. Leading researchers from the Cultural and Educational Projects Service delivered lectures on key topics, including "The 'Fair Kazakhstan' Policy Course: Institutional Reforms and New Public Ethics" and "Youth – a Key Factor in Modernization: Opportunities and Responsibilities." These lectures examined fundamental national transformations and explored the role of the new generation in shaping the country's future.

Beyond the theoretical part, the program is rich in interactive activities. Participants reinforced their knowledge through practical exercises, specialized assignments, and collaborative teamwork. The program also emphasized project-based activities, enabling students to demonstrate leadership and propose solutions to case studies on societal modernization.

The seminar-training aims not only to inform young people about ongoing reforms but also to foster an active civic stance, which is essential in an era of global change.
