On the eve of the Day of the Capital, employees of the Presidential Center of the DPA of the Republic of Kazakhstan held thematic visiting museum lessons "Araily Astana" for pupils of kindergartens №84 "Kausar" and №56 "Bereke" of Astana.
The festive lesson aims to instil a sense of patriotism in the younger generation by introducing them to the history of the nation's capital city and its cultural and historical landmarks.
During the lesson, kids learned about the history of the city and architectural sights of the capital: the presidential residence "Akorda", the theatre "Astana Opera", the monument "Baiterek", the Palace of Peace and Concord, the shopping and entertainment complex "Khan Shatyr" and others. Photos of the "Astana" hall of the Museum of the Presidential Center of the DPA RK and museum exhibits were used in the lesson.
Little residents of the capital actively participated in the lesson, solving riddles and putting together puzzles featuring the capital's cultural and historical objects.
