Addressing the schoolchildren E. Ospan noted that the state creates comfortable and favorable conditions for children.

“ This year, on the eve of Children's Day, we have traditionally gathered the most gifted and courageous children. You are the gem in the crown that the country, the people, your parents have because you are our future. Today the state is making every effort to create comfortable conditions for the upbringing, education and development of our children. We construct kindergartens, schools, and facilities for culture and sports, as well as strengthen the legal system and provide teacher training. You only need to strive for knowledge, high victories and the desire to become healthy, honest and fair people, because the future of our country is in your hands", said the Vice-Minister.

For reference: International Children's Day was established at a special session of the International Federation of Democratic Women in Paris in 1949. The reason for this was the increase in the number of orphans after World War II and the growing number of abandoned children. The situation of defenseless children greatly worried society and it was perceived at the international level.

The first International Children's Day was celebrated in France in 1950. The United Nations Organization timely supported this initiative and made the protection of children's life, rights, health, their lives from war one of the main directions of its activities.

Children's Day is not only a holiday but also one of the most important events orienting to the future.

Humanity faces a huge task - to form a happy life for future generations.
