Primary school students of the capital's lyceumschool No. 37 named after Syrbai Maulenov took partin an off-site museum lesson "Tenge – the nationalcurrency of Kazakhstan", conducted by employees ofthe Presidential Center of the President’s affairsAdministration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the lesson, the students watched theeducational cartoon "How did money come about?" and got acquainted with the history of tenge. Thestudents also received information about the importantfunctions of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, whichensures the protection of banknotes and coins of thenational currency.
In addition, the students played interesting gamesand confirmed their knowledge by answeringquestions.
"Today in the lesson we learned about the creationof money and national currency. We collected puzzleswith the image of tenge. The lesson was veryinteresting", - shared his impressions second-graderAlimkhan Askerkhanov.
