




The "Workshop of Pedagogical Ideas. Planning. Search. Analysis" is a two-day national seminar organized by the Astana City Akimat's Methodical Center and the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the event is to discuss topical scientific issues of history teaching and exchange of methodological experience.
In his welcoming speech, Deputy Director of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serik Sydykov noted that in the era of globalization, only countries that thoroughly know and respect their history and have managed to instill national values in the minds of younger generations could preserve their integrity. Therefore, within the framework of today's workshop, we will together seek an answer to the question of what needs to be done to educate Kazakhstan's generation of a new format, as well as the formation of a competitive state, so as not to lose our identity in the global realities.
According to Guliyash Niyazova, Director of the Department of Continuous Development of the National Center for Professional Development "Orleu", one of the most important features of teachers of the new generation is proactivity. A teacher should always be in search of new knowledge, approaches and methods, and participation in events such as the workshop of pedagogical ideas is a great chance to bring something progressive to their work.
In turn, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy of L.N. Gumilyov ENU Kaliyabanu Kertaeva, in her speech, emphasized the importance and necessity of mastering the state language, without which maintaining and enhancing the national identity is just not feasible.
The plenary session was also attended by the head of the Laboratory of Social and Humanitarian Subjects of the National Academy of Education named after Ibrai Altynsarin A.Arkhymataeva, Director of the Kazakh-Belarusian Center for Scientific and Technical Cooperation Zh.Kaliev, veteran methodologist D.Amirgalieva, as well as master teachers K.Rakhimzhanov, G.Serikbayeva, M.Togtaukhan.
The program of the first day also included excursions to the museum of the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, during which the participants of the seminar were shown thematic museum lessons of the Presidential Center: “Institute of batyrship: traditions, status and weapons” and “Kazakh musical art” with a demonstration of the possibility of using museum exhibits in history lessons.
The second day of the republican seminar will take place at the capital’s Quantum STEM School, where breakout sessions will be held:
* Museum in an educational space
* Author's programs
* Values and education of generations
* We write scientific projects
* Empirical research methods.
Based on the results of the breakout sessions, the winners will be determined, who will be awardeddiplomas and letters of gratitude, and all participants will receive certificates.
In total, about 300 teachers and historians of secondary educational institutions take part in the republican seminar.
