A Memorandum of cooperation was signed recently between the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Centralized Library System of Almaty.
The subject of this document is the creation of an effective exchange system through the mutual use of library and information resources of organizations, the implementation of joint activities and innovative projects aimed at popularizing reading among the population.
