A visiting museum lesson was organized on October 24, 2023, for children in the preparatory group of Astana's kindergarten No. 90, "Yerkezhan." This was done as part of the scientific-educational project "Museum and children. ABC-guidebook for the youngest".
During the lesson, solving riddles and performing various game tasks, future schoolchildren not only consolidated their acquaintance with the alphabet but also learned new words and concepts, as well as through the perception of the world of the museum, they began to familiarize themselves with cultural and historical values.
Children were able to closely study and even touch some of the exhibits from the Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan's museum collections.
"We appreciate the Presidential Center personnel organizing a museum program for our kids. Immersion in our nation's history through museum exhibitions was an engaging experience for our kids and educators. I think the children will all want to attend museums now since they enjoyed the session so much," - said teacher Natalia Kravchuk.
