The Presidential Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation, the M. Utemisov Palace of Schoolchildren, with the support of the Akimat of Astana, announce the international creative contest "Innermost strings of the soul ..." / "Kunildin asyl pernesi ...".
The contest's goal is to encourage young artists' creative endeavors and to pique their interest in musical-theoretical disciplines through the study and popularization of the musical legacy of the Kazakh people.
The contest is open to secondary school students and vocal collective groups (solos, duets, and trios), with a limit of two vocal collective groups from one educational institution.
We defined age categories:
1 - from 12 to 14 years old;
2 - from 15 to 17 years old.
The composition is performed with a live voice.
There are two rounds of the contest. The first stage is the selection of contestants for the main stage.
Criteria for participants: The repertoire must be appropriate for the theme of the project, the character and image of the performers must be consistent (background, performance level (purity of intonation), sound quality, aesthetics of the image).
Requirements for submission of a participation application:
To participate in the first stage of the competition (absentee format), contestants must submit a video recording of the performance of the competition number to be included in one of the nominations. The video is in MP4 format.
The deadline for accepting applications and competitive video materials is 27.10.22.
An application without video materials is not considered valid. The performer has a maximum of four minutes for one piece.

The application is only accepted from the educational institution, which is attested by the head of the institution's signature and seal.
Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted for the contest.
The contest's winners are chosen in the second stage, often known as the main stage.
Videos that do not fit the project position (content, requirements for saving and sending a file, technical characteristics, and videos sent outside the deadlines set by the organizing committee) may not be considered by the organizing committee.
On the websites of the contest's organizers, you may see the footage of the contestants performing on the main stage.
The results of the contest will be announced by December 1, 2023
The contest is held in 3 nominations:
– "Babamnan kalgan ken dala";
– "Kasietti dombira";
– "The song stays with the person ..." / "Asem anim syrnaidai ..." (popularization of the musical heritage of the Kazakh people in the Kazakh language).
According to the vote outcomes, the Jury presents:
– Grand Prix – Honorary Diploma;
– 1st place – Honorary diploma;
– 2nd place – Honorary diploma;
– 3rd place – Honorary diploma.
Also, the contest winners in each of the nominations are awarded valuable prizes.
Renowned singers, composers and teachers make up the jury.
